Customer Support Engineer – fluent Dutch

What will you do?
- You will work remotely as a part of a larger Support team abroad
- At team.blue we always put the customer first.
- As a Support Engineer you will act as the first line of defense for our customers – whether they have technical questions about hosting, domain names or mailboxes - you rush out to help, via e-mail, live chat or telephone.
- You will be the competent and capable expert on all our products.
- You do your best and be friendly and professional even when the customer is affected and displeased.
- You stay ready and welcome a challenge to dive into and solve the issue with impressive efficiency
