Office Manager

As part of team.blue, our Bulgarian brand based in Sofia has around 30 employees operating in technical teams. To support the brand with office management, payroll, administration and HR related responsibilities, we are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to cooperate with the local team and work together with different stakeholders within the group.
Your opportunity
Join a dynamic team with a divers set of tasks, where you will drive the daily operational office management. You coordinate talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations initiatives. You act as a liaison between departments, you'll ensure a positive work environment.
You will get fully support from your colleagues within team.blue group (Finance, HR) and you will translate the global processes within the local brand.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute payroll processing in cooperation with our consulting partner
- Daily office management follow-up, administration and daily expenses
- Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes and goal-setting initiatives supported by group HR
- Develop and implement internal communication plans
- Prepare budget with support of Finance
- Follow up labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support cross-departmental initiatives and stakeholder needs
Ideal candidate profile
- Experience as office manager, all round administration or HR related job
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HR is a big plus
- Accurate skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Experience in HRIS and ATS systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- Excellent knowledge of excel
- Payroll experience is a big plus
